COSON GETS NEW LEGAL OFFICER/GENERAL COUNSEL.

Ms. Simi Pamela Wash-Pam, daughter of the late Deputy President of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator John Wash-Pam, has joined the management of Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON) as Legal Officer/General Counsel.
Before joining COSON, Ms. Wash-Pam who is a consummate lawyer, worked with the famous Lagos Law firm of Agbamuche & Agbamuche Legal Practitioners and Notaries Public.

Prior to going to the Nigerian Law School, Simi ‘the Law’ had attended Emmanuel International College, Rayfield, Jos and Houdegbe North American University in the Republic of Benin.

Ms. Wash- Pam whose hobbies and interests include travelling, research and study, will co-ordinate and sharpen legal matters from inside the management of COSON and vigorously assist the various legal teams
that have made COSON one of the most respected collective management organizations in the continent of Africa. She joins a team of professional managers at COSON which include thorough bred chattered accountants, Intellectual Property experts, technology whiz kids, communication strategists etc., who in just seven years have made COSON an admired blue-chip organization.

As COSON moves into the new magnificent ‘COSON HOUSE’ in Ikeja which is scheduled to be commissioned on May 20, 2017, Simi Wash-Pam who hails from Plateau State will be one of the thorough bred professionals ready to take COSON to the next level and fully establish the culture of collective management of copyright in Nigeria.
