AMERICAN SINGER CHRIS CORNELL IS DEAD.

American musician, singer and songwriter Chris Cornell is dead,he died on Wednesday night at 52. as at the time of publishing this ,the cause of his death is yet to be determined. 

Cornell was still going strong as a musician, and performed a show with Soundgarden in Detroit hours before he died. The band was in the middle of a sold-out US tour, that was due to run to 27 May, with six dates left remaining. 

According to a News report monitored on ABC. police in detroit said they are investigating the singer's death as "possible suicide", because a band was found around his lifeless body in his hotel room at the MGM Grand Detroit hotel.

The late songwriter  was best known as the lead vocalist, primary songwriter and rhythm guitarist for Seattle rock band Soundgarden and as lead vocalist and songwriter for the group Audioslave .He was born in Seattle, Washington.
