YAW RETURNS WITH APERE.

As a follow up to a successful show last year, Steve Onu, popularily known as Yaw returns with another play titled Apere ,the paly will hold on Sunday, May 28, 2017 at Eko Hotel Convention Centre, Victoria Island Lagos.

This year, the show’s highlight is an amusing stage play titled ‘Apere’ which literally mean  basket will  feature Yaw and the popular musician Sound Sultan as they take a completely satirical and holistic view at the issues surrounding Nigeria past and present. 

The show is star studded. as at the time of posting this Yaw is yet to announce the other entertainers that will be performing at the show, But considering the caliber of artistes that have featured in the  previous editions ,one can be sure it will live beyond expectation that the stage will be graced by top comedians and music acts in the country and the show will also be attended by a host of celebrities, dignitaries and socialites.

Yaw Live on stage (YLOS) is regarded as one of the major comedy show that happens annually in the country In his words  “I couldn’t be more excited that we are at the 9th edition of the show. I am grateful to everyone for the support so far and I can only say that “Apere” is going to be the most entertaining performance Nigerians have ever witnessed yet. He continues " I will be joined by my brother Sound Sultan and what we have in store for our fans is fantastic!” he submitted. 

In the last nine years  of YLOS Yaw has acted alongside the likes of Koffi,Owen,Mc Abbey,Funke Akindele(Jenifa),Julius Agwu,Okey Bakasi,Ay among others.
