The talented Nigerian Musician Ayo Balogun popularly known as Wizkid was declared the winner of the African Artiste of the year category at the on going Ghana Music Awards Festival,right about now, he was nominated alongside Olamide, Korede Bello and Patoranking, the Star boy as he is fondly called after collecting the award ,dedicated it to his family members, producer and fans. according to the organizers of the awards ,
The African Artiste of the Year is the Artiste (non-Ghanaian) whose music crossed borders and made the most impact in Ghana and on the continent at large, during the year under review.
